The negotiations of the Socialist Party with the Reestablishment Democrats, which were initially kept secret, more or less show the level of democracy that exists in our country. Where secret negotiations are called agreements and where the 2008 pact between Rama and Berisha proves that it is the most essential political act in the last two decades.
And, these relations, which derive from the "pact '08" affect all the deals in turn. In fact, they should not be few. It is the main one: Electoral Reform, at least in the eyes of internationals and for the "respect" of the suggestions of OSCE-ODHIR; it is likely the amnesty, where the politicians will be able to benefit again; it can also be Fiscal amnesty, where the beneficiaries are interest groups, related to politics and so on. You see how banal this pact is when you realize that the noise that was made about the Investigative Commissions came to life with just a few words, while it was an obligation for the majority of the parliament not to hinder it.
And while a way will be found for the Electoral Reform, as it was done a few years ago, when the foreigners made four parties together and not three, as now; The "difficulties" appear in the adjustments that will be made for the amnesties, where it seems that after the interests will be harmonized, the parties will make the necessary quorum.
The only problem for the parties remains SPAK and this is where they seem to have extended their old ties. Paradoxically, here we really have the first approach, since Berisha and his hawks label it with the most insulting definitions, while the SP, who are taking it from the people one by one, more institutionally announced the idea of the controlling role of the Assembly with members from all the parties for the institutions dependent on him, SPAK, GJKKO, ILDKP!! Could there be a better moment than this stage, when the Reestablishment has officially united the largest mass and is likely to leave the flamboyants and take the cards.
If political morality in Albania no longer has any value, if you take into account the statements of various politicians about each other and those of the DP Rithemelimili about the leader Berisha, Albania is tired of the bitter bargaining of the two parties, which have emaciated the weakened body of the country.
And, last but not least, it seems that in a few weeks the problem of the stamp for the DP will be resolved. The legal DP had warned that it would have the list of its representative people ready by March, but it seems that it will already be faced with new realities, which are related to its extremely difficult survival, in a party market, where without rules, but only with the wishes of Rama-Berisha.
