I think that Visho's bust should be raised next to Skanderbeg's or Visho's photo should be on the wall in every state institution instead of Ismail Qemali's.
Just so you know, Visho retired as Albania's ambassador to NATO, staying there for 3 years after his mandate ended.
I invite President Bajram Begaj to give another decoration to Visho this year to close the cycle of endless Visho decorations.
