This is neither new nor surprising for Albania.
The only thing new in these elections is that now everyone has hope that the stupid thing they did four times can succeed the fifth time.
So they are more enthusiastic that they will lose, but will find lawyers to not recognize the elections, than if they were normally happy that they would win.
So now the DP has two battles ahead.
