October of "revolutions"

Albanians had been eagerly waiting for the moment when justice would be dignified and would go all the way to the top, to handcuff those who until yesterday were in the "pyramid" of the state!

October has always been like that. Month of changes, of marked dates and days, month of historical changes and unexpected events. This year's October has come full of sensational events. It was actually predicted by many analysts and politicians, that "in October we will have big events". And there was no way it could happen otherwise. Arrests, indictments, court decisions from the CJKKO, summons to SPAK, and many other events that are expected to happen throughout the month of October.

It seems that October is always predetermined to be the month of changes, upheavals, events that determine the fate of states and personalities. In Albania, the month of October this year will be remembered for a long time. He was sent to GJKKO Sali Berisha. Ex-president Ilir Meta was demonstratively arrested, SP deputy was arrested on charges of "corruption and connection with a criminal network", Albania opened the first chapter of negotiations with the European Union, or that the new justice is on its way without return, has cut off the hope of the "untouchables", warning of new, sensational arrests. This is how October has always been for centuries.

At the end of October, Ismail Qemali decided to go to several European offices, to publicly announce to them that "he would declare Albania's independence, finally separating from Turkey". In October, the revolutions started in Russia, Bulgaria, and Greece. But let's stop at our Albania. The Albanians had been eagerly waiting for the moment when justice would be dignified and would go all the way to the top, to handcuff those who until yesterday were in the "pyramid" of the state, and for 34 years made "grapes and plums" the wealth of this the country. Albanians lived for nearly 3 decades, with worries, troubles and problems, with boredom and quarrels even among themselves, to get the property of their grandparents and great-grandparents, which the old justice had given to the strong, criminals, or the rulers.

They became millionaires in euros and dollars, those who came to Tirana before 1990, with nylon socks and wooden suitcases and who today do not know where their properties and millions are. For 90 percent of Albanians, October will remain a "blessed" month, as it has fulfilled their long-standing wish, the punishment by law and justice of the "untouchable" rulers until today. The Americans kept their word. They promised the Albanians "equal justice", established the new justice and now the word remains with those who are in charge of it.
