This means that, after a football match is over and the teams, fans, and public opinion know the winner, VAR referees remember to cancel the "goals" and the result a month later, after carefully watching the VAR footage.
No candidate for MP on the open list from the DP, SP or any other political entity has been a counter; in fact, almost none of them have had a counter in all of Albania, because under the Electoral Code, the counters are appointed or assigned by the party.
So, sell this news about "stealing" votes, "trafficking" votes, or "alienating" votes from one candidate to another as news only to the dogs of your media category, because there is no way a candidate can "steal" another candidate's vote, as long as the votes are counted by 4 counters for each table, where 2 are from the ruling party and 2 from the opposition.
The fact that from this "re-evaluation" of votes, which can never be called a recount, it results that the number of votes removed from candidates is 5-6-7 times greater than the number of votes added to very few candidates, clearly shows that the CEC counters, based on the decision of the organo-sexual KAS, have removed votes from candidates that during the counting with political counters, according to the manual that the CEC had distributed before the elections, were considered valid votes for each candidate.
For there to be vote trafficking, the minimum would have to be that the number of votes that the candidates whose votes were taken away had "excess" votes, was almost equal to the number of votes that the other candidates had missed.
But when I see that 27 DP candidates have had a total of 705 votes taken away so far and 10 other candidates have had a total of 130 votes "added", and likewise 32 SP candidates have had 1724 votes taken away and 5 candidates have had a total of 70 votes "added", this is a dirty and dirty game by the CEC together with the KAS for 1 to 2 specific individuals, to have their mandate taken away to give it to someone else.
And since Erion Braçe can't say it, then I'm saying it: Erion, ask Rama, Damian or Balla to tell you why this "recount" bargain was silently accepted; or ask Celibashi who he received orders to give the mandate to, because it seems to me that this whole farce, fake and double-standard process was done so that Olta's mandate could be taken in Tirana by Blerina and perhaps in Fier, instead of Zeqina e Gazi, Rama's Zeqineja would come.
This banal, absurd and bastard decision by the KAS should definitely be appealed to the Electoral College, because the rules of the game can never be changed after the match has ended.
I publicly invite the DP and its representative in the CEC, Mr. Besart Logu, to prepare a complaint to the Electoral College, if the DP is not part of this stinking scenario, because the SP cannot take any step without the head of the organization speaking.
If the DP and representative Logu do not file this appeal, then I guarantee you that I will do it personally, even for a single vote that citizens have given for me that was taken away by this stupid decision, by the conservative KAS stupid decisions, by obtaining the signature of another political entity that was in coalition with the DP.
