The struggle of the "tigers" who were strong with Lul Basha and today have softened with the doctor, is not the drama of the Albanian opposition at all. It is simply the true expression of the political and personal character of these characters who turned the page simply to secure a place on the doctor's list.
Today, more than a year has passed since May 14, 2023, it is even more understandable the great tragedy that Gazmend Bardhi did not only to the opposition, but to the entire Albanian political life.
The ban on running 61 candidates of the Democratic Party in the local elections, took away the chance for the public, especially what they call the "opposition people", to see and try a new "army" of politicians who could stand out, in this poor stage provincial theater.

It is simply the true expression of the political and personal character of these characters who turned the page simply to secure a place on the doctor's list.
But what would it bring on May 14, 2023 for the opposition to have a wider ensemble of candidates in the country's 61 municipalities?
It would definitely bring something new, a colorful debate and could enrich the panorama with fresh, young, and of course dynamic protagonists.
Even if they did not win, the political scene would have a reactive competitiveness for the new candidates for parliament. Those who would not leave the party leaders uncomfortable to put them on the list, but would become protagonists to get their voice not only to the Democrats but to the entire electorate.
In such a panorama, where the majority competes for the fourth mandate, every element, character, voice or new development would have a greater effect on the public. Even an internal debate within the opposition would probably completely overturn the way of debating.
It is enough to compare it with the "Biden" case in the USA. Just a month ago, the situation was quite different, steady and super frustrating for all the Democratic supporters, while Trump's Republicans were projecting victory. Only an internal debate within the American Democratic Party, which did not really go far to find the candidate for President, gave another dynamic not only to the race, but to the whole scene.
Today, the opposition has nothing to offer its people, but also the gray part and voters of the SP, except for the lists that will be produced by Sali Berisha, Lulzim Basha, Dash Shehi, Fatmir Mediu and Agron Duka.
A photocopy that they have seen over and over again for 33 years. At most, "tamed tigers" will scream after September, threatening to make a name for themselves until the elections. Yes, they are the same, the ones that the entire electorate has taught not only to remove vices, but also body language.
