Vučić was the "pet" of the Summit compared to Zelenski. Vucic determined every position and every communication of the Summit.
Zelensky came, saw, but gained nothing. In February, they took him, brought him, attached a statement of "support" filled with extra-state words, while taking with him Putin's cynicism transmitted through Vučić.
Finally, wartime.
Someone pays with suffering and pain, some invest their country's billions for democracy, some war hunters get infinitely rich and others step on corpses for their magnificence and delirium.
Still others, ravens and hyenas, vain provincial politicians take what they can from the remains of the battlefields.
While Zelenski's body was in Tirana, his mind was somewhere else, where the Congress should approve the breath-taking package of billions of military aid.
His appearance and gestures openly showed that he did not expect anything from the impromptu summit of Tirana, whose center of gravity was not himself.
The Summit as a Fair of Contrasts
—The summit was heralded and hyped as if it would be the last before the final settlement of the war. It was not for nothing that the place where "Nastradini tied the donkey last time before he left this life" was chosen as the center of development.
The chosen pomposity was broadcast as if the whole world had put aside the respective races of Trump and Biden in Michigan and focused their eyes and ears on Tirana.
Naturally, the noise was strong in Tirana, with some waves barely passing the region.
In contrast to all this bloat with goals beyond Zelensky, the summit disbursed no aid, provided no concrete support, except for a statement dry in substance, albeit filled with diplomatic imagery.

— The summit should convey the determination of the countries of South-Eastern Europe in unlimited support of Ukraine and the full condemnation of the Russian aggression, and at the same time express the solidarity of the respective countries.
Against this determination, with the non-condemnation of Serbia's violation of the embargo and the non-mention of Russia's destabilizing role in the final declaration (thanks to Vučić, alias Putin), was diluted.
While the solidarity was undone due to the discriminatory treatment that Rama, as a result of the summit, gave to Kosovo, not considering it a state.
Instead of confirming in this aspect, the Summit refused.
- In general definition, the summit should be a war reaction of democracy and its values to the installation and demonstration of the evil of authoritarianism.
But the place chosen and the moderator found were not adequate.
The contrast here takes the form of the absurd.
Tirana has long since slipped towards an anti-democratic Putinism that targets rights and the opposition. Instead of transmitting the message of the values of democracy, the summit was planned to increase the image of a bogus autocrat like Rama in the public opinion.
—The summit should have been a political initiative of the factors and political leaders of democratic states, but the advertising presence of extra-political and extra-protocol people (Aleksi Soros) relativized the political initiative of the summit, influencing its significance, despite the strong support that such factors give Ukraine in its fight.
—The last contrast was formal:
Zelenski "shined" from readable concern and preoccupation with the result, this state expressed not without purpose in his sportive-military clothing.
While Rama and Vučič shone from the unbridled luxury and excitement of being the "center of attention", besides the real beneficiaries of the Summit.
Zelensky's ordeal was epic.
Rama's and Vučić's claims as masterminds of intrigues mentored by personal bosses were cynical.
The latter was the seal of this Summit.
Zelensky was simply used (perhaps knowingly)!
The summit was just a fair.
