Dear friends, the Shkodra massacre of October 30, before it is a crime story, before it is a mafia story, is a state crime and mafia story, forewarned but licensed by the mafia state.
This massacre happened even after one of its victims, the late Arlind Bushati, 32 years old, had warned him that it would happen.
19 days before the assassination, some criminals with pistols tried to shoot and take Arlind's life while drinking coffee with his friends. Fortunately the pistols did not fire. This was the warning of the macabre massacre that shocked Shkodra and Albania.
After the failed attempt, Arlindi reported to the narco police. There were witnesses there. The media broadcast the event.
But what did the narco police do?
No measure! No protection for Arlind. No ban on the suspect! No interrogation. Because she was one with the party gang.
Because it is not the police of the citizens of Shkodra, but the police of Edi Rama's bandits.
Therefore, the massacre of October 30 with three dead was also a story licensed, organized, supported by the party gang and its police.
