A serious accident happened this evening on the Elbasan-Librazhd road axis.

According to preliminary information, it is learned that a vehicle left the road and rolled for about 30 meters at the place called Dragostunja turn in Librazhd.

It is learned that a car has ended up in the Shkumbin river and from preliminary reports it is suspected that 1 person has lost his life, while 3 others have been injured.

Dorian Fatmir Belba (passenger), the victim, has passed away.

All the accident victims are from the village of Qukës-Shkumbin, from the Municipality of Prrenjas.

It is not yet known how the health condition of the injured is presented.

Preliminarily, it is suspected that the vehicle was speeding beyond the speed limit, and lost control in a curve.
