Serious accident on the Milot-Morina axis, the 21-year-old lost his life; the name is revealed

A serious accident happened today on the Milot-Morina axis, where a 21-year-old man lost his life. 

It is learned that Albert Shullani, a resident of Shkodër, died in the car crash, while the passenger, Kristian Arra, was taken to the hospital, where he is receiving medical assistance.  

The incident happened around 05:00, on the Milot-Morina road axis. According to the police, the "Volkswagen" car in which the 2 young people were traveling collided with the side barrier of the road, under currently unclear circumstances.

The investigative team is working to clarify the circumstances of the accident
