A serious accident is reported to have occurred on "Ankona" road, in the city of Durrës.
A vehicle driven by a 33-year-old man collided with another vehicle, injuring 5 people.
According to the police, the 5 injured were taken to the hospital for medical attention, while the 33-year-old driver was arrested by the police as he is suspected of being the cause of the collision.
"Road traffic specialists arrested citizen E. Ç., 33 years old, resident of Durrës, in flagrante delicto, after the vehicle he was driving collided with another vehicle on "Ankona" street, driven by citizen AI. As a result of the accident, both drivers of the vehicles were injured, who are under the care of doctors, as well as 3 passengers, who after receiving medical assistance, left for their homes," the Police statement said.
