A serious accident happened yesterday evening in Brescia, Italy, where a Honda motorcycle collided with a vehicle and as a result a 28-year-old Albanian man lost his life.
The young man identified as Iralt Merdita had just finished work, he was traveling along the 668 province of Leno to arrive in Ghedi and have dinner with his family.
The 28-year-old of Albanian origin was the victim of a strong collision with a "Volkswagen Passat", which happened at a gas station.
The 28-year-old suffered very serious injuries. Unfortunately, the desperate rush to the Civil Service of Brescia was of no use, the young Albanian died in a bed in the intensive care unit shortly before dawn today, Thursday, June 22.
A mechanic by profession, he lived in Ghedi and had been working at Leno for several months. In just three months, he had gained the trust and appreciation of his colleagues and the owner: "He was a very good boy: educated, responsible, available", the owner is said to have said.
The dynamics of the dramatic accident, which happened around 20:00 on Wednesday, June 21, is still being examined by the carabinieri of Dello, there were no witnesses and the carabinieri are examining the cameras in the area to clarify the causes. The woman behind the wheel of the Passat, a 40-year-old Albanian woman from Leno, suffered a severe shock and was sent to the Manerbio hospital for necessary treatment and analysis.
