The police have placed in handcuffs the 21-year-old who was driving the vehicle that had an accident yesterday on the "Librazhd-Prrenjas" axis.
The car driven by 21-year-old Meglind Zeneli, a resident of the village of Qukës, left the road and rolled for about 30 meters, ending up on the railway track.
As a result, one of the passengers in the car, the citizen with the initials DB, lost his life. The other 2 passengers in the vehicle were also injured, as well as the driver, who are under the care of doctors, out of danger for life.
The cause of the accident is suspected to be high speed.
"Following the preliminary information given yesterday evening, about a road accident on the "Librazhd-Prrenjas" axis, we inform you that the specialists of the Road Police Sector arrested in the act the citizen MZ, 21 years old, resident of the village of Qukës, Librazhd, after it is suspected that he lost control over the driving of the vehicle and for this reason the vehicle left the road.
