A 32-year-old Albanian man was extradited from London to Athens, after being declared an international wanted man.
According to foreign media, in March he allegedly stole 290,000 euros from the apartment of a businessman and well-known figure on Greek television, in Athens.
After the theft, the Albanian allegedly fled abroad, to be arrested later in London. It is learned that the Albanian himself has not accepted the accusation.
After the extradition, he appeared before the Court, where it was decided to release him under the measure of "obligation to appear".
Meanwhile, investigations continue under the suspicion that a large group of robbers is hiding behind this event, although the Albanian himself has not accepted the charges.
