The Durrës Court imposed prison arrest on the arrested director of Durrës Prison, Indrit Cërloj, and house arrest on the institution's doctor, Ylfete Sema, thus leaving the preliminary decision in force for these two citizens.
Meanwhile, last Saturday, the Durrës court remanded 3 of the 8 other people arrested for Altin Ndoc's escape in custody, while two others were placed under house arrest and three were ordered to appear.
Ndoci is considered a person of high social risk and is accused by SPAK of supporting the perpetrator of the crime, specifically citizen Talo Çela, during the years 2020 - 2021 in the cities of Tirana, Durrës and Elbasan, in connection with the murder of Dorian Shkoza, Anxhelo Avdia, Besmir Haxhia and Viktor Haxhia.
He is also accused of "Murder in other qualifying circumstances", against two or more persons, committed more than once, "Unauthorized possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition", committed in special collaboration with the structured criminal group, and the "Structured criminal group", (in the role of participant) and "Committing criminal offenses by the structured criminal group".
How Altin Ndoci escaped
Altin Ndoc's entire escape resembles an amateur action movie. Throughout his entire route, from Durres prison to the Regional Hospital, standard procedures were openly violated, almost at every step. Meanwhile, the moment of the escape, as described in the Prosecution's file, makes the whole story even more banal: two police officers who are knocked to the ground by a single punch, one of them falling down the hospital stairs while being chased, and the warning shot, not in the air but on the ground, to scare Ndoc who had lost sight of him, getting into the car that was waiting for him at the hospital's outer entrance.
