The Vlora Court today issued security measures for the people arrested a few days ago in Orikum along with Flodian Plaku.
Three of the arrested have been remanded in custody, while only one of them has been placed under the security measure of "compulsory appearance".
Specifically, for citizens Albano Lapshi, who delivered food to him, and Ligor Doko, owner of the hotel where Plaku was arrested. Also, for Julian Aliaj, who was caught with a pistol, the security measure "arrest in prison" has been imposed.
Meanwhile, for citizen Armando Dano, a barber originally from Shkodra, the Court imposed the security measure "compulsory appearance".
The banned are:
• Albano Lapshi, who is suspected of delivering food to Plaku,
• Armando Dano, barber from Shkodra,
• Ligor Doko, the owner of the hotel where Plaku was arrested,
• Julian Aliaj, who was caught with a firearm on him and turns out to have been previously convicted of drug trafficking.
We recall that 42-year-old Flodian Plaku was arrested a few days ago while hiding in a hotel in Orikum. Flodian Plaku had been under police surveillance for about two months. On the day of his intervention and arrest, the movements of Albano Lapshi and Armando Dano, originally from Shkodra, known as "Berberi", who were heading towards the hotel where Plaku was hiding, were also followed.
Albano Lapshi, who brought food to Flodian Plaku's hotel, while Armando Dano was the barber who went to the hotel to give him a haircut, as was Ligor Doko, the owner of the hotel where he was arrested. While Julian Aliaj, who was caught with a pistol, was previously convicted of drug trafficking.
