Two Vietnamese citizens have been placed under investigation by the Vlora police after being accused of practicing prostitution.
The two citizens, aged 39 and 48, used a rented apartment in the "28 Nëntori" neighborhood in Vlora to carry out illegal activity.
The police have proceeded at large, while the case is being investigated for illegal activity.
"Authorities initiated proceedings in the absence of Vietnamese citizens Th. Q., 39 years old, and Th. L., 48 years old, as they are suspected of practicing prostitution in a rented apartment in the '28 Nëntori' neighborhood, Vlorë," the police announced.
