Following the investigative actions, the records of the phone examination of the citizen Arlind Ismajlukaj were administered, and from the review of the data obtained from the telephone examination of the telephone device seized from this citizen, it turns out that he has installed on the social network "Signal" the phone number ...., placed on a telephone of the brand "Iphone" model A2 101, black in color. The "Signal" network has registered the profile of Arlindi with the name "Karadayi", while the other phone is "Iphone" 14 PRO MAX, in which the phone number is placed....
In the "Signal" social network, from the "Karadayi" profile, he has communicated with a number of people, including those who are already arrested in the framework of this proceeding.
Likewise, from the messages and conversations carried out on this social network, it appears that the number .... is registered under the name "Sela".
From the messages exchanged on August 14, 2023, the day on which the event in question took place, a few hours before the departure of the vessel, it appears that at 12:21:51, from the phone number registered under the name "Sela" , its owner has sent Arlind Ismajlukaj, in the "Karadayi" profile, a photo where you can see a sheet with handwritten inscriptions: 53×10 kg with CH BLUE, 20×5 kg with E Red, in F BLUE ?? ?, 27×5 kg with red RX, 7×5 kg with blue $", as well as three voice messages with: "...those with blue F, 10 times 5, fifty, how much are they, they are theirs, at Fon's you have a question about them... and these 7 times 5 blue that you have with the dollar, these are the ones from the greenhouse... those 27 la, which you have 27 with 5 kilos that are with RX, that is a very good commodity, while the others 100, 20 times the 5 that you have before, that you have the measurements of Hamza, in a word, he is weaker than this one, than this 27, that one hundredth, that 27 is better, it is a super commodity, no It paves the way for those of Hamza..." while Arlindi answers with "ok".

II.7. From what results from the above-mentioned conversation, a part of the narcotic substance which was to be trafficked on August 14, 2023, was produced by a person whom the interlocutors refer to as "Foni".
From the review of conversations on the social network "Signal", it appears that Arlind Ismajlukaj, who has a profile on this social network under the name "Karadayi", has text and voice message exchanges with a number registered under the profile name "Ffffon Orikum". .
From the conversations with this citizen, it turns out that "Foni" is a cultivator and collector of the narcotic substance of the "cannabis sativa" type.
More specifically, in the conversations from June 19, 2023 to August 6, 2023, they talk about significant amounts of narcotics, including sending photos of the narcotic substance "cannabis sativa", as well as monetary amounts obtained from this activity. .
In the conversation of June 26, 2023, at 18:12:38, Arlindi, from the "Karadayi" profile, asks Foni with the "Ffffon Orikum" profile, if they can find 100 kg of grass, which means narcotics, while Foni he replies that he has 60 (sixty) while 100 (one hundred) are in Fier, while for the amount that is in Fier, its owner told him 500 (five hundred). Foni himself is collecting it for Arlindi with a value of about 450 (four hundred and fifty), which means the price per kilogram of the narcotic substance. Likewise, Foni assures Arlind that it's super work, which means the narcotic is of good quality. The conversation continues on June 27, 2023, where it turns out that Foni informs Arlindi that he is preparing a pack of ten, which means ten kilogram packaging, while the conversation continues that fifty belong to Arlindi and twenty belong to Foni.
After about three hours from the conversation in question, on June 27, 2023, at 10:11 p.m., Foni replies to Arlind that he has sorted it out (meaning narcotics) and that 52.5 is a great job, while 20 should be seen Arlind before. While Arlindi replied that the shipment would be made the next day, Foni explained that the packaging was made by vacuum in thick black bags.
