Denis Bajri is accused by SPAK of murdering Gjin Ndoji.
Denis Bajri Brajovic was arrested in Dubai. A security measure of 'prison arrest' has been issued against Brajovic as part of the operation 'Metamorfoza', accused of murdering Gjin Ndoji.
Denis Brajovic was subject of the OFL, after being investigated for the criminal offenses "Extortion by means of threats to give property, carried out in cooperation, within the framework of a structured criminal group" and "Commitment of criminal offenses by a criminal organization or organized criminal group".
He was arrested as part of the "Bajri" group in Shkodër and then released by the court of first instance in Tirana around 2019, leaving him under the security measure of "house arrest".
Meanwhile, the State Police has given details about the arrest of Brajovic, accused by SPAK of murder.
An official announcement states that Bajri was arrested as part of the coded operation "Ristas", while it is expected that he will be extradited to Albania.
" The information provided by the structures of the State Police and exchanged in real time with partners in the United Emirates, enables the location and capture of an internationally wanted citizen, within the mega-operation "Metamorphosis".
The police operation codenamed "Rishtas" is finalized by the Police in the United Emirates.

Following the continuous work, with the objective of locating, capturing and handcuffing the wanted citizens, the structures of the State Police have provided information that a citizen wanted internationally, for murder, was hiding in the United Emirates.
This information, immediately exchanged with the partners, through the coordination of the Interpol offices, has enabled the finalization in the United Emirates of the police operation coded "Rishtas", during which it became possible to locate, capture and put in handcuffs, with the aim of extradition in Albania, of the citizen DB, 36 years old, born in Shkodër ," the police announced.
