Edmond Mustafa is a well-known name for Montenegrin authorities as he was a member of Skaljar's criminal group. Group accused of drug trafficking and murder.
We recall that on August 1, 2020, security guards Ljubo Milović and Petar Lazović and the head of the "Kavač" clan, Radoj Zvicer, disappointed that Edmond Mustafa was changing his mind to cooperate with them, organized his kidnapping.
They kept him for days in their apartment in the Siti neighborhood of Podgorica, asking him to accuse some members of the criminal gang, to which he belongs, for twenty murders.
Millovic had negotiated with him through the encrypted Sky app, introducing himself as ex-policeman Zoran Stanovic.
On the last day of July 2020, when they failed to seduce Mustafa, they drew up a plan to scare him, but also to find him with the help of police sources by intercepting his girlfriend, his friends and with the help of base stations.
The Montenegrin media wrote that from the messages of the young Lazović, it can be concluded that they had the support of Lazović, who at that time was the assistant director of the Police Administration.
Also, from the conversations, it can be seen that Miloviqi was also the initiator of the kidnapping of "Skaljarci", who suggested that they throw a bomb in his house to speed it up.
