Residents of the "Arra e Madhe" neighborhood in Shkodra, where the powerful TNT explosion occurred on October 28, have expressed shock over the event.
Tax inspector Enea Busukja was at the center of this assassination attempt but managed to escape miraculously after he had just left his apartment and got into his vehicle. The car door protected Busukja, saving his life. Witnesses who shot at the scene, who are also neighbors of the tax inspector, recount the horror they experienced.
Another resident of the area where the TNT explosion occurred, Eduard Gjoka, says that just a few minutes before the serious incident, his little niece passed there with her mother, risking her life, while the minor, an elementary school student, also suffered psychological shock.
Tax inspector in Shkodra, Ena Busukja, was taken to the regional hospital after the explosives exploded, but her life is out of danger, as she has damaged one of her hands.
The police arrived immediately after the incident, but have not yet tracked down the perpetrators, while investigations continue intensively to fully uncover the truth.
The perpetrators took care to burn the vehicle they were traveling in in a village in Postriba to eliminate traces while they fled in an unknown direction. On the other hand, Busukja stated to the police that he has no conflicts with anyone and that he has no idea why he was attacked with TNT.
