New details from the incident in Tirana where police officer Erjon Goxhara injured ERE engineer Lorenc Kosta with a firearm. In the investigative material of the Tirana Police, a meeting between the police officer, his wife and the grandson of the policeman, citizen LB, is evidenced.
The meeting took place on the morning of August 19, the day the incident took place, in a shopping center on the outskirts of Tirana, where it was accompanied by tensions and debates.
It is written in the file that at the moment when this meeting ended, Goxhara's wife hit herself with her fists, while the latter refused to apologize.
In the statements given to the Judicial Police Officers in the presence of the psychologist, the minor son of the married couple confirms the conflicts between his parents since the middle of July, when, according to him, his mother accepted Goxhara's suspicions about the extramarital relationship with Kosta , which he says happened only once.
The police asked his wife to apologize, but the latter did not accept. On the same day, after finishing this conversation, Goxhara moved to the neighborhood where he lived, where the incident happened, while Lorenc Kosta also lived in the same neighborhood.
The prosecution refers that the officer kept his target under observation and until this stage of the investigation, there are doubts that he did not intend to kill him. After the action, where he gets out of the car and shoots Kosta several times, he calls the boy who is waiting for him at the Shkoza roundabout. The police located him, managed to catch the minor boy, but not the perpetrator of the incident, who is still on the run.
