Despite SPAK's "iron hand" during the hot summer months, the prosecution still has large files in hand.
Journalist Anila Hoxha said that SPAK could have acted earlier, especially regarding the issue of incinerators and high officials involved in it. According to her, SPAK acted with two standards for high officials and for people of justice.
" The first to raise the voice of the two incinerators were the defendants. They said that it is about the same facts, the same thing that Lefter Koka said last week.
They said there are the same facts and it cannot be declared as it happened in the result. SPAK's request submitted to the special anti-corruption court on how many years it requires for each. If the files were united, Lefter Koka would not have two claims for 10 years, regardless of the application of the abbreviated trial, so he would only have one claim.
The postulate "justice denied, justice denied" is not in vain. Without judging and making the prosecution prosecutor, SPAK did not act with the right speed and we all agree on this because the denunciation was made public where high officials traveled and were paid for their luxurious stays. It was clearly understood that it was done under conditions of monetary influence and how it was bought for these actions. The same special anti-corruption prosecutor did not hold the same standard to the people of justice who were found guilty only by searching the TIMS system. I know how many minutes it takes to review the TIMS system, not a minute. Father's name, place of birth are required and all entries and exits are displayed. SPAK did it only after public pressure increased, maybe it could have been forgotten." - said journalist Anila Hoxha.
