An Albanian deported from Britain on two separate occasions has mocked immigration authorities after sharing footage of himself enjoying VIP treatment at an exclusive Mayfair bar.
Dorian Puka, 31, posted videos showing him relaxing with a shisha at Cirque le Soir, surrounded by burlesque artists and bottles of champagne worth thousands of pounds.
Despite his criminal record for multiple burglaries, the Ministry of Interior has admitted that it cannot take action against him while his asylum application is still under review.
Over the past 12 months, Puka has been broadcasting his extravagant lifestyle on TikTok and Instagram, GBNews reports.
The Albanian immigrant's first conviction came in 2016, when he received a nine-month prison sentence for attempting to steal property. The homeowner saw the 31-year-old through a webcam while he was on vacation in France, which led to his deportation from the country the following year.
Puka managed to evade border controls for a year, returning to commit numerous burglaries in suburban London. Undercover police officers arrested him while patrolling Surbiton in southwest London after a reported increase in burglaries in the area.

His second deportation proved equally ineffective, as he managed to re-enter Britain in December 2020. Puka's social media accounts display a range of luxury vehicles, including a black Rolls-Royce Cullinan and a red Ferrari, which were featured in his first viral post more than a year ago.
In November 2024, he displayed a 2022 Lamborghini Urus V8 with an estimated value of £184,950, along with his collection of Rolex watches.
The watches range from a Rolex Day-Date, commonly known as the Rolex President and worth £53,000, to pieces worth between £5,000 and £10,000.
The 31-year-old has also displayed a hybrid Savannah cat, a cross between domestic and wild cat species, which he claims costs £10,000, photographed atop his Rolls-Royce.
When faced with the possibility of a third deportation, Puka filed an asylum application, which left him on immigration probation.
He has been wearing an electronic monitoring tag since 2023 while he awaits a court hearing.
In October 2024, the Albanian immigrant became involved in an online spat with Reform UK leader Nigel Farage.
