The Palestinian youth, who is accused of beating, raping and then stabbing a 33-year-old Albanian man in Greece, is released on bail.
The Greek media Protothema writes that the 27-year-old has been ordered to be banned from leaving the country and to report to the police three times a month.
Referring to judicial sources, the Greek media wrote that the evidence in the file was not sufficient to order his arrest, since on the one hand the Albanian in her testimony initially identified him as his rapist and torturer, but then withdrew her statement.
The Albanian has not given an official statement due to her condition and will testify when her condition stabilizes.
The accused Palestinian had a knife, but it is not proven whether he is related to the crime, while there is no evidence to prove that he was present at the place where the 33-year-old woman was found raped.
However, the results of the forensic medicine and the result of the evidence seized from the abandoned house are awaited.
