"Four of my friends were killed to bring Rama to power"/ Protester in

In front of the Prime Minister's Office building, amidst the crowd of protesters demanding the government's resignation, a voice trembling with pain and anger shook the atmosphere. A citizen who had been part of the events of January 21, 2011, raised his voice to remember his four friends who lost their lives in that protest and to demand justice that never came.

"I was here on January 21, 2011. Four of my friends were killed to bring this gentleman to power who he is today," the protester declared in a trembling voice, pointing his finger towards the Prime Minister's Office.

He mentioned the names of the victims of that dark night: Ziver Veizi, Hekuran Deda, Aleks Nika, Faik Myrtaj. Names that today, 15 years later, continue to be associated with an intact justice.

"Ziver Veizi, Hekuran Deda, Aleks Nika, Faik Myrtaj want justice," he emphasized, making a firm call for SPAK to shed light on the incident once and for all and hold political leaders accountable.

But his accusations did not stop there. In harsh tones, the protester attacked the entire political class, saying: "We have Albanian blood, the party is over." He followed up with a serious statement: "We call on SPAK, because Rama and Berisha have killed," - linking the two leaders who have dominated the Albanian scene for decades to the same accusation.

15 years of waiting for justice. Today, the protester demanded more than a resignation: he demanded accountability for the blood of his friends. His message was clear: this protest is not only about the future, but also about the past that has never come to light.
