A police officer in Himare has been declared wanted by the Police Supervision Agency, as he is charged with several criminal offences. The policeman with the initials F.XH is suspected of having continuously harassed an employee at the Vlora Police Station.
A week ago, he hit a police officer with a vehicle and then drove away quickly, then abandoned the vehicle in Vlora. The police announce that they are working to catch him.
"The Police Surveillance Agency (Vlorë-Gjirokastër Region) has announced a search warrant for the police officer of the Himarë Police Station, F.XH., suspected of committing the criminal offenses of "stalking", "domestic violence", "disobedience to the order of the employee" of the public order police", as well as "Unauthorized production, possession, purchase or sale of cold weapons".
He is suspected of having continuously harassed a female police officer at the Vlora police station. Specifically, on 03.05.2024, he chased the police officer along the road segment Main Boulevard and "Transbalkanike" with a vehicle, crashing into her vehicle and then quickly left, while abandoning the vehicle in Vlora.
From the inspection of the vehicle, 2 cold weapons (knife and knife) were found and seized as material evidence, for which the decision was made to carry out technical expertise. Following the procedural actions, the Agency has also administered the report of the police officer", announces the AMP.
