The Portuguese Ruben Saraiva, suspected of being the author who executed the businessman Ardian Nikulaj in Shengjin in Lezha, is expected to be extradited to Albania within this year.
A group of Albanian agents from the General Directorate of Police and INTERPOL have been going to Rabat for two days to finalize the extradition procedures of Ruben Saraiva from Morocco to our country. Sources from the police inform that Ruben Saraiva's arrival in Albania is expected to take place on Sunday, December 31, while Interpol has entered the game to negotiate with Morocco for his extradition.
For the Prosecutor's Office of Lezha, the arrival of Ruben Saraiva in our country is seen with great interest because from the film footage it has been proven that he had the role of executioner while he was also helped by four British citizens who were removed as tourists and all of them are arrested in Britain.
The prosecution accuses Edmond Haxhina, who has also been arrested in Britain, of ordering the murder.
