Other details are being reported on the serious incident that occurred this afternoon in Vlora, where a 17-year-old girl attempted to end her life with a bullet to the head.
According to Top Channel journalist Dorjana Bezat, the police have not yet found the pistol with which the 17-year-old is suspected of shooting herself.
It is suspected that after the incident, the family members hid the weapon, along with the cartridge, and cleaned up the scene.
The girl's father, with a history of failing to cooperate with the police, is the reason for the escort to the police station.
He was also given additional factors to determine whether he was successful or not.
Police previously suspected that the father pushed his daughter to suicide after a heated argument with her, as he did not approve of her lifestyle, TCH reports.
The girl is intubated in a serious condition at the Trauma Hospital, accompanied by the grandparents she grew up with.
