Today's SPAK operation reveals a vast money laundering and drug trafficking network centered on Adrian Rama. Reliable sources tell ''Pamfleti'' that Adrian Rama is the financial brain of the group, while his brother, Erjon Rama, turns out to be just a figurehead, with no active role in drug trafficking but only money laundering.
Adrian Rama laundered money on behalf of Artur Shehu, known in criminal circles as "Turi i Zvërnec". The laundering activity extended to southern Albania and Tirana.
Endi Rama; son of "Miri i Xhike", a link with Tur Shehu in the USA
The connection between Adrian Rama and Artur Shehu was established by Endi Rama, the son of Fatmir Rama (known as "Miri i Xhikes" killed in 2003 in "Kartodrom 2000"). Endi Rama holds an American passport and, in 2018 in the USA, established contacts with Artur Shehu. He is considered a connecting link between money launderers in Albania and international traffickers. A relative of Endi Rama was summoned to SPAK about a month ago in connection with this matter.
Elton Memeti; Adrian Rama's associate

Elton Memeti is considered a close associate of Adrian Rama in this group, participating in money laundering activities and in the group's meetings. 30 bank accounts (9 of Erjon Rama, 21 of Adrian Rama)
