Meanwhile, through the photos and documents seized by the Tirana police, which talk about the company of Eljo Hato and Bardhyl Mavraj for several hours, it has been fully revealed that the user of the code "TFQL4R" is Eljo Hato.
In the registry of vehicles blocked by the Tirana police, it has been found that on May 10, 2021, a "Mercedes-Benz" armored vehicle, in which Eljo Hato and Bardhyl Mavraj were traveling, was blocked.
This tool was then handed over to the person who turns out to be the owner in the papers named Azem Shimaj. But in connection with this blocked vehicle, Eljo Hato was fined by the police with 820 thousand old lek, as he was driving an armored vehicle without authorization.
The fine was imposed on the driver Eljo Hato, while the owner of the car was Azem Shima. After paying the fine some time later, the armored car was taken out by the Tirana police./Oranews
