Altin Isaraj, the brother of Arben Isaraj, the former director of Road Transport, is found dead in the apartment.
Journalist Klodiana Lala reports that Altin Isaraj was found without signs of life in his parents' apartment, as he had been living there since he was released from Rrogozhina prison. The cause of Isaraj's death is still unknown.
Altin Isaraj was arrested by the police on October 22, 2018 for the criminal offenses of 'Possessing weapons without a permit' and 'Production and sale of narcotics'. Arben Isaraj's brother was released from prison in 2019, while the security measure "house arrest" was assigned to him.
After the arrest of his brother by the State Police, at that time Arben Isaraj resigned from the position of the director of Road Transport.
