The son of the KLP member, Nurihan Seiti, has been sentenced to 3 years in prison for the incident a year ago, which took the life of the engineer, Armando Meshau.
The latter was shot with a fist by 33-year-old Rei Meta and as a result he died, but the court has been generous with the young man and sentenced him to only 3 years in prison. The prosecution charged him with "manslaughter by negligence", making the sentence low, although the 55-year-old is no longer alive today. Likewise, the Prosecution asked for 3.6 years in prison, while the court decided 3 years.
For its part, the defense side presented to the court a report that shows that the 55-year-old who died had a heart bypass surgery. As a result of the blows, Meshau died a few minutes after the blows. Rei Meta is the son of KLP member Nurihan Seiti (Meta).
EVENTS
The strange event happened in August of the year we left behind. Officially, the police announced that there was a fight between two people for "weak motives".
But initially it was suspected that Meta had served as a realtor for the victim for a problem with the properties he had in Vlora and that Meshau had not given him the reward. Meta is suspected of having used the name of her mother, a member of the High Council of Prosecution, to obtain benefits, claiming that she could solve property problems. However, it remains under suspicion, since there is no charge.
In the case that brought the conflict, the victim, Armando Meshau, claimed that he had found the agreement with the third party himself and had refused to give Meta an apartment that would be his payment for the mediation.
This led to the clash in a chancellery and after a verbal argument, the two men were punched, which resulted in the fall and subsequent death of Meshau.
But Meta himself has denied this. He claimed that he punched Meshau in self-defense and that it was the builder who cursed and shot him first.
