A 20-year-old man is hit in the head with a stone during a momentary conflict and ends up in a trauma hospital in serious condition.
The incident occurred in Durrës, and police arrested 29-year-old Jurgen Bushi, on charges of "Intentional Serious Injury".
"As a result of the immediate reaction of the Police, it has been possible to identify and arrest the suspected perpetrator. The Crime Investigation Specialists at the Durrës Police Commissariat arrested in flagrante delicto the citizen Jurgen Bushi, 29 years old, resident of Durrës, suspected of the criminal offense of "Intentional serious injury".
According to official information, Bushi is suspected of hitting the 20-year-old HK citizen, who is being treated at the Trauma Hospital in Tirana, with a stone during the conflict. Doctors say he is under specialized care and is out of danger.
"The procedural materials have been referred to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Durrës, for further investigative and legal actions," the police announced.
