A 39-year-old woman was arrested by the Tirana Police, after hitting a police officer.

The incident took place in the Trauma Hospital, while in addition to the police, the 39-year-old woman also hit an employee of the private physical security service.

The reasons are still unknown, while the woman has been arrested for the criminal offenses of "Opposing a public order police officer" and "Assaults due to duty"

"Specialists for Investigating Crimes of the Police Station No. 3 arrested the citizen HD, 39 years old, resident in Tirana, for the criminal offenses "Opposition to a public order police officer" and "Assaults due to duty", provided by articles 236 and 237 of the Criminal Code. This citizen, in the premises of the SUT, objected with force and hit a police officer and an employee of the private physical security service", the police informs.
