The police have placed 3 people in handcuffs after the protest organized yesterday (April 19) by the opposition in front of Tirana City Hall, where Molotov cocktails were thrown at the institution.
Several others have also been criminally prosecuted. During the rally, protesters threw dozens of Molotov cocktails at the door of the City Hall building.
Meanwhile, after a clash with the officers lined up in front of the institution, after MP Flamur Noka, former MP Klevis Balliu, member of the Municipal Council Tedi Blushi and citizens tried to remove the metal fence to break the police cordon.
