Zamira Durda, who lost her only 7-year-old son in the explosion of Gërdec on March 15, 2008, has expressed her disappointment regarding the completion of the judicial process in GJKKO, against the former Minister of Defense Fatmir Mediu.
A day after a 3-hour session, where the questioning of 5 experts was foreseen, Zamira Durda said that Mediu's lawyers are making every effort to drag out the judicial process.
" It's been two months since they appeared. Yesterday was the last time the experts were asked to give answers. There was a cacophony of questions that did not direct the correct questions, as they were unable to determine what page it was and when the question belonged. They asked some questions that were unfair. This session was examined in this light, because these questions were unacceptable by the experts. The debate at the end of the session was not of interest to us, for the bulls caused by the state, as there are enough mechanisms to complete these things. The judge and the defense lawyers are supposed to seek delay in this process "- said Durda.
According to Durda, the questions asked by the lawyers were ridiculous, and he felt at a loss at the GJKKO with the level of questions being asked. Durda again requested that the prosecution change the charge against Mediu from abuse of duty to murder.

The fact is that SPAK does not change the accusation against Mediu, it is ridiculous where there are 26 victims and to talk about corruption and other things. abuse of power resulting in the killing of 26 people. Durda said that she has turned the establishment of justice for the massacre of Gërdec and her son into a life motive.
