From the quick investigative actions, the citizen GA (K.), 31 years old, resident of Patok, Kurbin, was identified.
Following the procedural actions, the narcotics investigation specialists of the Lezhë Local Police Directorate arrested the 31-year-old in the act, for the criminal offense of "Encouraging the use of drugs", the police announced .
