The lawyer explained that his client was asked on Monday morning about the girl's rent money. After a conversation with his daughter, he learned about the rape and blackmail, but the girl still did not reveal the author.
They came to my office to discuss, says the lawyer. But the father, persistently asking the girl, learned a day later that the author was the brother-in-law, the brother of the girl's wife and stepmother, and immediately hatched a plan to kill her.
According to the girl's testimony, she has been sexually abused since the age of 9 and when she needed money, he sent her intimate videos to blackmail her.
The girl also told her sisters that she was sexually harassed, but not that she was raped and without mentioning the person's name.
"The father met them on Monday morning to clarify what was being done with the rent money. After a conversation with his daughter, she informed him about the rape and blackmail, but did not reveal the identity of the person.
They came to my office on Monday morning to discuss how to solve the problem. I mean, we were getting ready to file a lawsuit, waiting for the girl to tell us who the person was. But on Tuesday, the 50-year-old revealed the name of the rapist in the morning after constant pressure on his daughter", said the lawyer.
According to Fatmir Tarellar's lawyer, the girl had the videos with which the 33-year-old blackmailed her, but did not show them to her father.
"He only showed him the text messages that proved what he was saying," said the lawyer. "From Tuesday morning when he found out, until Tuesday afternoon we had no contact. After the incident he was in a serious psychological state, he told me what happened and I advised him to inform the authorities and surrender to the authorities".
