RENEA and FNSH forces are still following the controls in some areas of Shkodra after the assassination that happened in the afternoon of October 30.
In this mafia assassination, where the target was Hamza Lici, four people were killed, two of them innocent citizens.
The victims of the assassination that happened at the entrance of Dobraçi were Hamza Lici and Arlind Bushati, as well as the couple Flutura and Bashkim Basha, who were hit by the vehicle in which the two young men were traveling, after bullets were fired at them earlier.
Police checks were carried out mostly in Dobraç and in a part of Kirasi and the neighborhood "Guerile".
It is not yet known whether evidence has been found in connection with this assassination that shocked the entire public opinion.
Officially, there are still no persons suspected as perpetrators of the mafia assassination, or a concrete track regarding the serious event that took the lives of 4 people.
