54-year-old Agron Puka, who was injured in the collision with firearms on Wednesday morning in Rrilë i Lezha, will remain in prison indefinitely.
He was introduced to the security measures at the Trauma Hospital in Tirana, where he has been receiving treatment since the day the incident occurred.
In his statements before the black squads, the 54-year-old is said to have said that he shot in self-defense, as three people had ambushed him as soon as he dropped his children off at school. But despite Puka's claims, the court accepted the request of the prosecutor's office, declaring his arrest to be legal and imposed the security measure "Arrest in Prison", for the criminal offenses of "Deliberate murder", remaining in the attempt and "Carrying without a permit and the manufacture of weapons , explosive weapons and ammunition".
The event took place in front of the 9-year-old school "Marash Gjoni" in Rrilë, where it was first reported about an assassination attempt against 54-year-old Agron Puka, who was injured. But after in-depth investigative actions, it turned out that the target himself shot in the direction of the three suspected perpetrators Vincens Tuku, Amarildo Kola and Kevin Ndoka, who are wanted by the police.
