The testimony of the 50-year-old man who killed his brother-in-law is cleared, as the latter is accused of raping his daughter for several years.
The Greek media have revealed the testimony before the investigative group of Fatmir Tarellari, who has not regretted the act he did, where he killed Erjon Pelivani, the brother of his second wife, with a shotgun.
"He 'poisoned' my child, I did what I had to do, I am a father" , the Albanian claimed after the crime, who emphasized that he had started to investigate when he realized that something was wrong with his daughter as she often asked him for money. At the same time, he was informed that he had a problem with paying the rent of the girl's apartment, who was a student. Then the 18-year-old decided to talk to her father, while she told him the drama she had gone through during these years, accusing her stepbrother.
"The last time my daughter was studying, she asked me to send her money. I knew something was wrong when the landlord of the apartment she lives in called me saying he owed him rent while I was regularly sending him the payment. When I talked to the girl, she started to cry and told me everything. She told me that the 33-year-old raped her and blackmailed her by taking the money", the Albanian is said to have expressed before the investigative group.
As it has been announced, the 33-year-old raped the 18-year-old girl from the age of 9, while when she grew up and turned 12, he started filming and taking pictures of her in inappropriate positions. In fact, he allegedly kept the video footage to himself, then blackmailed his step-sister.
According to "Protothema", the 50-year-old author is the father of three children from his first marriage. His first wife died in a traffic accident, while he has a child with his second wife, the victim's sister.
