A 45-year-old man of Albanian origin has been arrested by the Dutch police after allegedly being involved in a murder that happened 14 years ago in Germany.
According to the reports of aussiedlerbote.de , the Albanian was caught at Rotterdam airport.
The incident for which the Albanian is accused happened in 2010, when the dead body of an Italian, 43 years old at the time, was found on the side of a highway in Leverkusen.
It is learned that the Albanian was involved in the violent death of the victim, while he cooperated with another person, 54 years old, against whom an international arrest warrant was issued, but he had already died.

The tracks have been re-examined using new forensic technology. The genetic traces discovered in the body led to the Albanian and the man who died, the police said.
The visibly tattooed dead man was discovered in January 2010 and quickly identified.
The 43-year-old Italian had been living alone in an apartment in Cologne since November 2009. According to reports at the time, he had been beaten to death.
Police and the public prosecution said at the time that the body was in a blue garbage bag, from the feet to the waist. According to the police, investigations continue into other possible persons involved and the background of the murder.
