The investigators suspect that Brahimi conspired with Flodian Plaku and Ilir Beqaraj to execute Gentjan Bejtaj on account of third parties located in Nikël.
The identification of Florian Plaku as a participant in the murder was carried out through a DNA residue found in the 'Golf 7' car. The traces of Gentjan Beqaraj and Edison Haxhiu were also found in this car, which they used to leave the scene.
