A 28-year-old man identified as Kristjan Hasani was arrested by Lezha police after being declared internationally wanted for theft by Kosovo law enforcement authorities.
The arrested person is accused of committing the criminal offense of "Aggravated Theft".
Police Announcement:
Crime Investigation Specialists at the Lezha Police Station, in cooperation with the "Eagle" Special Forces, captured and arrested, with the aim of extradition to Kosovo, citizen KH, 28 years old, resident of the village of Rrilë, Lezha.
This citizen was declared internationally wanted, after the Basic Court of Prizren, Kosovo, on 12.05.2025, imposed the security measure "Arrest in prison", suspected of committing the criminal offense of "Aggravated Theft".
Interpol Tirana, in cooperation with the Kosovo authorities, is continuing the procedures for his extradition to Kosovo.
