GJKKO has left in prison the three people arrested as part of a criminal group operating in France for drug trafficking.
Redian Doda, who is also considered the 'head' of the group, as well as Zabit Fisniku and Fabi Isaku, all three arrested in Albania, will remain in prison.
On the other hand, the French authorities have put 16 other people in handcuffs and seized cocaine and heroin worth about 1 million euros.
Likewise, several bank accounts, vehicles and other immovable assets created by this criminal activity have also been seized.

The Special Prosecutor's Office against Corruption and Organized Crime on 02.07.2024 submitted to the Court the request with the object: Interrogation, in compliance with Article 248 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, of the persons under investigation Redian (alias Refik) Doda, Zabit ( alias Artur) Fisniku, Fabi Isaku, and the enforcement of the security measure "arrest in prison" provided by Article 238 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, determined by decision No. 66 Act, dated 28.06.2024, of the First Instance Special Court for Corruption and Organized Crime.
At the end of the trial, the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime with a panel composed of judge Erjon Bani, with decision No. 70, dated 03.07.2024 decided:
Continuation of the security measure "Arrest in prison" provided by article 238 of the Code of Criminal Procedure assigned to the person under investigation Redian (alias Refik) Doda, Zabit (alias Artur) Fisniku, Fabi Isaku with decision No. 66, dated 28.06.2024 of the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime, as suspected of committing the criminal offense "Trafficking in narcotic substances" carried out in cooperation, in the form of a structured criminal group, provided by articles 283/a and 28 point 4 of the Criminal Code, "Structured criminal group", provided by article 333/a/ of the Criminal Code, as well as "Commitment of criminal offenses by criminal organization and structured criminal group", provided by article 334 of the Criminal Code.
The Special Prosecutor's Office against Corruption and Organized Crime is charged in cooperation with the judicial police for the execution of this decision.
Against this decision, an appeal can be made to the Special Court of Appeal for Corruption and Organized Crime within 5 (five) days, starting from the day after the announcement of this decision.
