Altin Ndoci and Dashnor Dumani had a conflict together, where they fought with fists in Durrës.
A sentimental story between Talo Çela and a woman in Nuredin Dumani's family, as well as an unpaid payment of 500 thousand euros for the robbery of money at Rinas airport, according to Erjon Alibej, became the cause of the fierce clash between 4 old friends in crime, Talo Çela, Altin Ndoci, Nuredin Dumani and Dashnor Dumani.

This conflict emerges not only in Nuredin Dumani's testimony but also in the statements later given by Erjon Alibej, accused by SPAK of financing a series of murders and later turned into an associate of the SPAK Special Prosecution.
In the statement dated July 12, 2023 given to 3 judicial police officers, among others, Alibej in his capacity as a SPAK collaborator, recounts a moment he discussed in the premises of his home in Elbasan, with Nuredin Duman, who for a period of time stayed in this city, taking refuge in the bases of Alibej and Arjan Spahisa.
According to his account, Nuredin Dumani told Erjon Alibey during a conversation that:
"...when I came from France, did I cry yet in France, I don't remember exactly this period when Dashi and Altin had a very strong conflict, he pulled out a pistol from my brother, and Dashi, he's big and he gets up and punches him. This Altin got into the car, Dashi threw stones at him and broke the car window, and they ran away...".
The story continues that Talo Çela intervened to end the fight.
"...Talo has always been the mediator to settle the quarrel that arose between us and Dashi with these things, but Talo, I have complete faith, no one will change my mind, during the period when he slept at my house and stayed at my house, with my friends, with my wife, with my mother, with my sister, with Dashi's daughter-in-law with Dashi's children, where do I know what he mentioned to me, he went with my brother's daughter-in-law.... We left that basin at home, and we had all of them on my back in the room, all of them...".
Nuredin tells me that:
"...Talo Çela, he promised me 500 thousand euros that he would give me for the robbery of Rinas that he committed. He has been hanging on me the whole time. He continues to hang on me and to this day hangs on me like a basin. Today I am without bread, my house is without bread, these people have taken millions, and they have not given me a single lek, plus he has debts towards me.... "
Alibej confessed that he did not know what debts he had at that time, but according to him, he said he did not owe me anything, 500 thousand euros, lek or whatever, and the 500 thousand euros that I am telling you, he told me was fixed, exactly related to the robbery of Rinas and I was forced to say: "...but why did these people rob Rinas...?"
