A 29-year-old man was put in handcuffs by the Shkodër Police, after he threatened his uncle's life with a rifle during a conflict over property.
Elvis Kosuri, a resident of the village of Gimaj, threatened his uncle, citizen ZK, 64 years old, a resident of the village of Ndërlisaj, Shkodër, with a rifle firearm after a conflict over property motives.
As material evidence, a rifle firearm, several ammunition and a quantity of suspected narcotic cannabis sativa were seized and found in the 29-year-old's apartment.
" The services of the Shkodër Police Station, immediately after receiving the notification that a conflict between some family members could escalate to the use of a firearm, organized the work and immediately went to the scene, with the aim of neutralizing this conflict.
As a result of the immediate intervention at the scene, citizen Elvis Kosuri, 29 years old, a resident of the village of Gimaj, was caught and arrested in the act, as it is suspected that after a conflict for property reasons, he threatened his uncle with a rifle. citizen ZK, 64 years old, resident of the village of Ndrelisaj, Shkodër.
As material evidence, a rifle firearm, several combat cartridges and a quantity of suspected narcotic substance cannabis sativa were seized, which were found in the 29-year-old's apartment," the police announced.
The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of the Shkodra General Jurisdiction, for further actions.
