32-year-old Arjan Gega was arrested by the police, while his brother Gjin Gega, 25, was declared wanted after they raped and shot a 20-year-old man.
The 2 brothers have just found out that the KP citizen, 20 years old, (their former neighbor) had returned to Albania, due to previous disputes (for a vehicle collision), they found out at a service station, near their place , the 20-year-old and they had a conflict with him, where one of them (the wanted citizen) threatened him with a firearm, shooting him once with a pistol.
They are accused of the criminal offenses of "Intimidation", "Other intentional damage", "Stalking", "Unauthorized production and possession of combat weapons and ammunition" and "Disturbance of public peace".
The police managed to prevent the crime by going to the scene, while the 25-year-old left immediately. The police are continuing the work to catch the wanted author.
"Police Services, after the announcement that in neighborhood no. 17/1 Durrës, there was a conflict between some citizens and that one of them had a firearm with him, they immediately went to the given address.
The citizen who was in possession of the pistol firearm, as soon as he saw the Police, quickly left. The Police Services have been following him and are continuing the checks for his capture.
Following the procedural actions for the case, the specialists of the Section for the Investigation of Crimes of the Durrës Police Station arrested the citizen AG, 32 years old, in the act and declared his brother, the citizen Gj. G., 25 years old, resident of Durrës.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution, for further actions for the criminal offenses "Intimidation", "Other intentional damage", "Stalking", "Unauthorized production and possession of combat weapons and ammunition" and "Disturbance of public peace". the police announced.
