Two brothers were arrested in Durrës after they adapted the premises of their hotel for a prostitution den.
After the police investigations, it was learned that the hotel owned by the 2 brothers Fatmir and Shkendi Hoxha was seized, as well as a sum of money suspected to have benefited from illegal activity.
Also, 2 citizens, T., 39 years old and DM, 30 years old, residents of Durrës who practiced prostitution in this hotel, were also captured.
"Durrës/After several weeks of investigations with proactive methods, for a case of prostitution racketeering, the coded operation "Sunset" was finalized. They had adapted their hotel, in Rrogozhin, for the illegal activity of prostitution, and 2 citizens were arrested ( brothers).
2 citizens who practiced prostitution in this hotel were also handcuffed. The hotel owned by 2 brothers and a sum of money suspected to have benefited from illegal activity were seized.
As a result of the investigations carried out for several weeks, with proactive methods, at the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, for a case of the exploitation of prostitution, the Section for the Investigation of Crimes and Illegal Traffic finalized the coded operation "Sunset", as a result of which citizens were arrested in the act:
Fatmir and Shkendi Hoxha, both residents of Rrogozhinë, for the criminal offenses "Exploitation of prostitution" and "Owning premises for prostitution", committed in cooperation; T., 39 years old and DM, 30 years old, living in Durrës, for the criminal offense "Prostitution".
From the investigative actions, it is suspected that the brothers FH and Sh. H. had adapted the premises of the hotel owned by them, in Rrogozhinë, for the illegal activity of prostitution carried out by citizens QT and DM. The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Durrës, for further actions. , says the police announcement.
